Inventory Allocation Coordinator

JYSK is seeking an Inventory Allocation Coordinator to join our Inventory Allocation team on a permanent full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Inventory and Allocation Manager the successful candidate is responsible to assist with the day to day operations of the AGR department.

The Role:

As an Inventory Allocation Coordinator for JYSK, you will be responsible for:

• Running weekly store orders through our Automated Replenishment System (AGR) as per schedule
• Reviewing and approving add on orders sent from the stores on a daily basis
• Reviewing stores feedback and making approved changes to the orders produced from AGR
• Identifying inventory issues and alerting the Store Manager and Operations Manager to take corrective action
• Entering splits as needed and reporting any system inaccuracies
• Updating the Warehouse pick sheet with approved orders that are ready for picking
• Working with stores on incoming issues and providing appropriate timely solutions
• Validate all items have a min quantity for ordering

What you bring to the role:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to make sound decisions and provide alternative solutions to problems
• Is a self-motivated individual, who is able to work well independently and as part of a team
• Strong Written and Oral Communication skills
• JYSK Store Experience or similar retail store experience would be considered an asset
